Designing your perfect space
We undertook this home renovation project for our clients, encompassing both a redesign and extensive updates.
We began by removing the walls that separated the kitchen, living, and dining rooms, transforming the space into an open concept main floor.
We installed a stunning custom kitchen that became the focal point of the home. This new space features an elegant awning window that allows for ample natural light, as well as brand new cabinets designed for both style and ample storage.
To complete the kitchen, we added luxurious quartz countertops, appliances, hood range, and lighting fixtures. These elements combined to create a kitchen that is not only beautiful but also highly functional.
In the laundry and powder room area, we moved walls to create distinct and purposeful spaces: a dedicated bathroom, a functional laundry room, and a convenient mudroom. This reconfiguration not only improved the flow and usability of the home but also enhanced its overall organization.
Each of these new spaces was thoughtfully designed and completed with custom cabinetry, and quartz countertops, which added both elegance and durability, ensuring that these areas are not only practical but also visually appealing.
To unify the home's aesthetic and enhance its overall comfort, we installed new flooring throughout the entire house. This upgrade provided a cohesive look and feel, tying together all the newly renovated spaces. Additionally, we updated all the bedrooms, focusing on both comfort and style.
The living room underwent a substantial transformation, starting with the removal of the outdated valance to create a more modern and open look. We replaced the old fireplace with a new, contemporary model, which serves as a stunning focal point for the room. To further enhance the fireplace's impact, we designed and built a custom surround and mantle, adding a touch of elegance and sophistication to the space.
In addition to the living room makeover, we updated the lighting throughout the entire home. To address storage needs, we installed custom closet organizers in all the closets. These organizers were meticulously designed to maximize space and provide efficient storage solutions, ensuring that every item has its place.
On the exterior, we installed all new soffit and siding, completely revitalizing the home's facade. We also painted the trim and fascia, enhancing the overall aesthetic and adding to the home's curb appeal.
